Do you do evening and weekend appointments?
Yes we do. We recognise that our clients have family & work commitments and therefore offer evening and weekend appointments.
How long does the instruction taking meeting last?
Between 1 to 2 hours to take complete instructions.
Is proof of ID required?
For Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney, we require a valid photo ID, such as driving licence/passport. For Trust work, we will require proof of address (no older than 3 months) and a valid photo ID alongside national insurance numbers of all Trustees.
How long before I get my finalised Wills, LPAs or Trust documents?
The Will & LPAs will be ready to sign within 48 hours of instruction taking.
Trust Deed takes approx 2 weeks to generate.
How do online appointments work?
We will conduct a video/phone call for instruction taking, initial documents can be emailed or posted for signing. Original documents (final copies) will be bound, placed in our keep safe folder and posted. Rest assured, all posted documents are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. The witness of the Will signing (Attestation) is conducted via video call.
