This Month - PEP @ Meadowhall: Go Out With A Bang: Like A Sex Machine.
Phoenix Estate Planning @ Meadowhall
We're thrilled to announce that we will be live on the screens at Meadowhall Shopping Centre. Starting from 16th November and running through until mid February, we will be showcasing ourselves on 2 screens. The large portrait screen near Warren James and the new Tui shop, underneath Krispy Creme and the other is adjacent to Tessuti and the Pandora shop. If you're visiting, keep an eye out for us as you shop.
A massive thank you to all our past & present clients who’ve helped us get here and we’re excited to reach even more of you, at one of the UK’s top shopping destinations.
Go Out With A Bang
This November, as fireworks light up the sky, let’s add some sparkle to your future Plans. Estate Planning doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom. Think of it as creating a gift that says, "I want to make things easy for you…even after I’ve gone out with a bang!" 💥.
Light the fuse on your roadmap of an Estate Plan, it's like a well-lit path for your loved ones—a guide to help them follow your wishes without any unexpected sparks.
Add some personal “fireworks” by including messages or little surprises in your Plan, like passing on a treasured family recipe or your best life advice.
The Great Estate Planning Quiz – Firework Edition 🎆
1. True or False: You only need a Will if you have loads of money?
2. True or False: Powers of Attorney are just for the wealthy?
3. Multiple Choice: Who benefits most from your Estate Plan?
A. Your family
B. Your peace of mind
C. Both—like a sparkler that doesn’t fizzle out!
Even legends like Bob Marley and Prince left behind an Estate in chaos because they didn’t Plan ahead. A little bit of foresight means you can keep things simple, with no “explosive” surprises for your loved ones.
Estate Planning should be light, fun, and full of meaning. Let’s make sure you go out with style, grace, and a little glimmer. Our team is here to help you create a Plan that’s as unique as you are.
Ready to get started? Let's talk - give us a call to discuss further.
Y'all have a safe & enjoyable bonfire night.
✅ Protect, Plan and Pass On...
Like A Sex Machine
When James Brown passed away in 2006 he left behind an Estate worth $100 million.
His Will stated that his Estate was to be separated into two Trusts, one for the education of his grandchildren, and the second for the disadvantaged youths of South Carolina and Georgia.
Brown clearly stated in his Will that he hadn’t mistakenly left anyone out of the Will and left no provision for his wife or children.
His wife and children contested the Will in 2009 and were awarded $50 million.
